Refund policy
RETURNS:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Colby The Label has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.
We only offer a refund on items that are faulty. If this does take place, please email us immediately with an image of the fault and your order number to colbythelabel@gmail.com
EXCHANGES:
We do not offer exchanges. We cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock. You can return your items for a store credit note and then place a new order.
STORE CREDIT NOTE:
A store credit note will be issued for your original order amount (excluding postage) which will be valid for a 12-month period from the date you receive the store credit note. You will be emailed a code to use upon checkout.
